Families with children and teens are warmly welcome to this retreat. Normally, the first part of the Dharma talk is dedicated to the children.

Children’s Program will be offered for ages 6 to 12.  Young monks and nuns, with the help of volunteered parents, will lead the children in joyful play and mindful practices.

Teen’s Program will be offered for ages 13 to 17. Special activities such as separate Dharma sharing, creative activities and sports will be offered to address the needs of these young people.
