RestorativeThese soothing and well-supported poses offer the opportunity to linger quietly for a few moments and savor the simple sweetness of your life.  Moving into a peaceful state of deep relaxation provides the body an opportunity to renew and heal, rest for your body, stretching your muscles, lowering your heart rate and blood pressure, and calming your nervous system,  in addition to naturally releasing and working toward the ability to let go of deeply held tension and stress.

Beginner:  We will begin with a brief "quiet" time, so join us for some relaxation, stretching, and strengthening. Come, take a few minutes to let go of the day … take time to renew and restore.
